- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.
Do you accept PayPal?
- Yes! Coker Tire currently accepts payments through PayPal, but only on online orders. PayPal can not be used on phone orders.
Do you charge Tax on orders?
- Tax is only charged on orders shipping to California, Tennessee, and Canada. If you live in one of those three places, but are having the products shipped to another state, there is no tax on the order. All other orders are not subject to tax unless they are being picked up at a show.
If my order is not in stock, am I still charged to have a backorder?
- No, your credit card is not charged until the product actually ships.

Where are you located?
- We have two locations. One in Chattanooga, TN (our headquarters) and one in Fresno, California. Both locations are connected electronicly so no matter which location you speak with, either can help you with your order. We also have several distributors around the world. - Our website is open for ordering and submitting questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Or, if you would like to order over the phone, our customer service representatives are available monday-friday 8am EST to 9pm EST. On Saturday our customer service representatives are available from 8am EST to 12pm EST. We are closed on sundays.

I ordered a catalog __ days ago and have not seen it yet. Did you get my request?
- Please understand that our catalogs are sent out bulk mail and can take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. If you submitted your request online or over the phone, chances are we have it but it has not arrived yet. Our entire catalog is also instantly available online by searching our Online Store, or by Download.
SHIPPING:
Do I have to be home for my items to be delivered?
- No. If you are unable to be home for delivery, the FedEx representative will leave your package in a safe place so that it’s available when you arrive home. Please be on the look out for the tires or packages. If the driver feels that it would be unsafe to leave the package without anyone being home, the packages will be brought back to the FedEx facility and you will be contacted to arrange pickup.
Only part of my order came in today. Are the other items I've ordered lost?
- This usually is not the case. We always ship orders complete, but each package is labeled separately, and could move as a separate shipment. Because of this, some times some packages will arrive on different days. If a few business days have gone by and you still have not received all of your product, please contact us at 1-800-251-6336 or use the live chat at the top of the screen. If you provide us with an email address; the tracking numbers will be sent to you automatically so you can track the movement of your order.
Where is my invoice? I have received my items already, but there was no invoice with any of the packages.
- Orders are shipped via Fed Ex in order to provide you the most prompt service possible. Invoices are sent first class mail and follow the shipment by 4 to 5 business days. If in the unlikely event you do not receive your invoice, please feel free to call us at 1-800-251-6336 and one of our customer service representatives can either fax or email you a copy.
What method do you use to ship?
- We use FedEx exclusively for our domestic shipments.
How much is shipping?
- To find out the shipping cost, navigate on our website to the product you would like to purchase and click the "Shipping Estimator" button. Enter your zip code and amount you need, and submit. This will give you an estimated amount for shipping. For international shipments, please place your order online and a representative from our exports department will contact you with shipping costs before you are charged.
Where will my tires ship from?
- Whether your order is placed online or over the phone, we choose the closest location to you where the tires are available. Our two warehouses are located in Chattanooga, Tennessee and Fresno, California.
Do you ship to Canada or overseas?
- Yes, and Yes! We will ship directly to your address in Canada by FedEx international Ground; Coker is a Non Resident Importer, so the total we give you will include freight, brokerage and taxes. There are no surprises or hidden cost when the shipment is delivered. We use FedEx and other International forwarders for all overseas shipments; we can usually give you a quote (not including taxes) for delivery right to your address.
How long does delivery take if my items are in stock?
- For orders being shipped within the continental US the average shipping time is 3-5 business days, and for shipments into Canada 7-10 business days. If a product is not available in the closest warehouse, this time may be longer, but your sales representative will inform you of this delay.
